after purchasing nearly $2,000 in computers, printers, camera and accessories, we were told one hour was needed to clear computer and download programs we purchased.After 2.5 hours, service rep told us he was the only one working and he "Couldn't pull it out of his ***." he was argumentative from the start and although he had our cell phone number to call and give us a heads up nothing had been done in 2.5 hours, he let us return for only very bad attitude.

Store in chicago at Belmont and Kimball, 6 pm on November 9, 2010.
